We are currently expanding our Online Presence team, and are looking for an experienced team member to help us take our Affiliate partner acquisition to the next level. What you will be doing: You will build, nurture, and propel partnerships by managing existing campaigns with excellence, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating strategic deals, and driving mutual success for partners and our organization. Through innovative strategies and exceptional relationship management, you will advance the Partnerships department, ensuring scalable and sustainable revenue growth while maintaining a high level of trust and collaboration. Operational Responsibilities: Owning all of the processes that enable operational excellence of the Partner Management lifecycle, with focus on automation and leveraging of modern technologies, such as AI. Who you are A senior Affiliate partnership manager with a proven track record in managing multi-market campaigns or partnerships across industries and delivering measurable outcomes. You have 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing or performance-driven environment. You are an expert negotiator with experience in crafting and closing high-value deals. You are able to manage contracts, and have an understanding of legal and financial aspects of partnership agreements. Able to analyze performance metrics (e.g., CPC, conversion rates) and identify actionable insights, as well as have an understanding of SEA and performance marketing to support partner success. You have skills to assess industry trends and competitor strategies for partner growth. Ability to project revenue growth opportunities and set realistic targets. You are able to build relationships, establish trust and have exceptional communication skills. You exhibit a high level of empathy and are agile in responding to changes in campaign performance, partner needs, or industry trends. This role is fully remote, however you must be based within European timezones. If you are based in Germany, the role offers full employment, otherwise, it’s a full-time contract role.
