Day To Day?
* Developing team sales and profit margin targets with the German Country Manager
* Outlining and implementing strategies
* Identifying new sectors and opportunities
* Responsible for achieving both turnover and profit margin targets
* Responsible for recruiting and management of necessary staff as the team grows
* Prospecting and pitching to new clients in Germany
* Developing proposals and negotiating contract terms
* Onboarding new clients and setting them up on the platform
* Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients
* Contributing to marketing activities
About You:
* Proven successful record in B2B sales within the automotive industry
* Knowledge of Automotive OEMs and Dealer Groups is a must
* Comfortable working with multinational teams (some proficiency in French would be a bonus)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong ability to multi-task
* Proficiency in the use of platforms and software including Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools etc
* Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment
* A high degree of self-motivation and perseverance
* Entrepreneurial mindset, prepared to put in the hard work, focus and commitment.
