About the Role: We are seeking an innovative and strategic marketing professional to lead our marketing initiatives as our Marketing Strategy Lead. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement high-impact marketing strategies across various channels, create compelling content, and ensure our brand message resonates effectively with diverse audiences. You will directly contribute to enhancing our brand awareness, generating demand, and driving business growth in the EV charging technology sector. Tasks Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy centered on powerful storytelling. Create engaging content across web, blog, social media, PR, and email marketing channels that aligns with Pionix vision and connects with our technical audience. Social Media Management: Develop and execute a LinkedIn-focused social media strategy to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Monitor conversations, engage with followers, industry influencers, and stakeholders, and grow deskbird’s online presence. Event Coordination: Lead our presence at trade shows, conferences, and product launches. Ensure event activities align with marketing goals by managing logistics, content creation, and follow-up activities to build brand awareness. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing metrics across all channels. Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI while continuously enhancing our marketing effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to extract compelling stories and ensure consistent messaging. Facilitate briefings and approvals to create relevant, technically accurate content.Coordinate Agencies and Freelancers: Expand our network and outsource taks and projects. Select, brief and manage creative agencies, web designers and specialized freelancers. Requirements A seasoned marketing professional with 5 years of experience, especially in content strategy, B2B marketing, or demand generation within technical environments. A proven track record of orchestrating and executing multi-channel campaigns armed with exceptional content creation and copywriting skills. A history of successfully marketing technical products, ideally in B2B or mobility sectors - because knowing your audience is half the battle.
