Our SHERPA X Program
SHERPA X is a Siemens-wide Business Transformation program, led by our CEO. We accelerate Siemens’ digital business transformation. We focus on aligning our End-to-End processes and on using the latest technology. We strive to run our processes better and faster thus achieving more value for our customers.
The “X” in our name stands for our collaboration across departments as well for its extended scope above and beyond the upgrade of our Enterprise Resource Planning.
You’ll create impact by
1. You are an enrolled student (from the 3rd semester) in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field, ideally with a focus on project management, data analytics, or digitalization.
2. You are available to support us 15–20 hours per week.
3. You have advanced skills in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint, and ideally some experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, VBA) or basic programming (e.g., Python, SQL).
4. You have a structured and independent work approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
5. You are a team player with excellent communication skills.
6. Your very good English skills are required; German is a plus but not mandatory.
