Product Change Management Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Area of Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage maintenance projects (sales and change requests) related to products in production.
2. Define work packages, allocate responsibilities, and set timelines for small-scale projects.
3. Facilitate communication between departments, external suppliers, and partners, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
4. Provide regular updates and status reports to your supervisor, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.
5. Create and maintain key product documentation, including Bills of Material (BOM) and Production Guidelines.
6. Assist the technical change team with budget monitoring, process management, and administrative tasks.
7. Oversee and execute small technical changes to ensure product updates are efficiently implemented.
8. Ensure all necessary product documentation and data for key accounts is up-to-date, available, and uploaded to the relevant platforms.
Your Qualifications:
9. Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
10. Open to individuals new to project management, with a keen interest in organizing and driving change initiatives.
11. Strong knowledge of MS Office mandatory,experience with SAP/ERP systems is a plus.
12. Excellent organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple tasks and priorities.
13. Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
14. A technical background or understanding is advantageous for managing product changes and technical documentation.
