Senior Accountant Responsibilities Manage the accounting for securitization structures (e.g., SPVs), ensuring accurate reconciliations and reporting. Oversee asset backed securities accounting, including interest calculations, principal payments, and reconciliations. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, adhering to regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with LuxGAAP and international accounting standards when preparing financial reports for securitization vehicles. Handle end to end securitization accounting, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and financial statements. Collaborate closely with auditors, addressing queries and supporting the audit process. Support the implementation of new securitization structures and provide continuous accounting assistance. Senior Accountant Your Profile: Possess 3 to 10 years of experience in securitization accounting, ideally gained within a service provider or management company. Fluent in German, both written and spoken, which is a key requirement for the role. Demonstrated expertise in LuxGAAP, with a solid understanding of IFRS. Hands on experience managing securitization transactions, including reconciliations, reporting, and the preparation of financial statements. Excellent communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with clients and internal teams, as well as effective problem solving.
