Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. You are responsible for defining and implementing a comprehensive sourcing Risk & Resilience strategy for Siemens Healthineers.
2. You develop a clear roadmap for Sourcing Risk & Resilience Management and implement it consistently to achieve our global objectives.
3. You lead the development and implementation of innovative sourcing risk management tools and processes. Working with an international network of method owners, you will drive these initiatives globally.
4. You continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of our supplier risk management through targeted reporting and controlling.
5. You are responsible for training and workshops to raise awareness of risk and resilience strategies across the business.
6. You act as a single point of contact for the Enterprise Risk Management and Risk & Resilience initiatives of Siemens Healthineers and Siemens AG.
Your qualifications and experience:
7. You have a degree in economics, business administration, engineering, supply chain management, law or a related field.
8. You have many years of professional experience in strategic procurement, risk management, supplier or supply chain management or as a consultant, ideally in an international environment.
9. You will have in-depth knowledge of risk management methods and tools, as well as the implementation of risk management processes. Experience of enterprise risk management systems is an advantage.
10. You are familiar with working in a regulated environment, ideally in the medical sector.

11. You have a very good command of English and German, both written and oral, to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
12. You are a communicative personality with strong analytical skills and network thinking.
13. You enjoy analysing complex interrelationships and developing innovative and practical concepts to optimise Sourcing Risk & Resilience Management.
