As a MedTech Software Global Product Manager, you will manage all stages of a product or range of software products lifecycle, from the design to the provisioning to sales teams and international deployment.
Your assignments
1. Collect customer and user needs, translate them into functional requirements for R&D throughout the product life cycle.
2. Guide the development strategy by defining the targeted marketing mix (product, brand, positioning, price).
3. Define and implement the consistent deployment plan for the product or range with the company's objectives, and produce associated materials.
4. Train the Regions in the promotion and positioning of the product or range.
5. Contribute to the analysis of field feedback (customer complaints and after-sales / post-market activities).
6. Defend development and go-to-market strategies to internal customers.
7. Identify and propose commercial strategies.
8. Contribute to the optimization of inter-product range dependencies.
9. Collaborate with the Regions and/or Market Units to respond to customer calls for tenders.
Your profile
1. A Master’s degree in computer science engineering.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience within a Medical Devices or Biomedical / interoperability company is a plus.
3. Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
4. Good knowledge of Healthcare interoperability norms (DICOM, HL7…).
5. Knowledge of IT eco-systems and technologies (servers, network, storage…).
6. Advanced marketing skills (ideally prior product launch experience) and marketing analysis tools (SWOT, Porter Matrix, 4P, etc.).
7. Know how to understand customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
8. Experience in project management and product life cycle management.
9. Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing.
