Your mission
We’re looking for the next generation of high-motivated and talented candidates for the function as top executives. The FORUM MEDIA Young Professional Program is an executive
management development rotational program with numerous career opportunities in an international company. You bring your personality and motivation and we take care of the rest.
In 20 months you will get to know our business in its various functional areas so intensively in a combination of on-the-job training and project work that you can subsequently take on a further executive position within the company. As board member´s right hand you will manage the entire program and further more:
* You apply your economic understanding every day
* You will gain knowledge about our products and learn how marketing and sales work
* You will learn the internal areas Finance and IT
* You will become an expert in the presentation and distribution of our business
* You continuously develop your communicative, organisational and leadership skills
* You get to know customer acquisition & business development from the ground up
* You are in constant contact and exchange with the CEO and CFO
* You are planned to work in 4 countries: Canada, Australia, Poland and Germany
* You get the long-term perspective to take over the management of a subsidiary as general manager or Executive Board Member
Your profile
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree, a comparable degree or relevant work experience, preferable in the fields of media, marketing, sales, communication, product development, controlling or finance
* 2-3 years of work experience are desirable
* Fluent German and English (Level C1)
* Very high willingness to travel
* Experienced in Microsoft Office and Teams
* A good feel for economic & commercial interrelations
* The motivation and the will to achieve ambitious goals
* Natural leadership qualities and excellent communicative & social skills
* Passion for intercultural business career within a global company
* Analytical skills, entrepreneurial flair for opportunities and innovative passion for media and digital business models
* Proactive and independent way of working, a team player with charisma and spirit and a high willingness to learn, who can convince others
