Your tasks:
You take responsibility for daily service delivery of our data platform, ensuring tracking and adherence to process SLAs, audits and KPIs. You manage the incident- and problem management processes in order to resolve IT issues promptly according to SLAs. In addition you are expected to manage continuous service improvements, including identifying & implementing process enhancements.
Your specific responsibilities & tasks include:
* Managing critical processes for our data platform applications and service providers
* Support the application management team with incident-, problem- and change management for the data platform (on prem/ Cloud)
* Coordinate and enhance first- and second-level-support for different parts of the data platform
* Implementation of innovative & technical improvements to improve product- and team capabilities and service levels
* Professional IT service management on data platform
* Process ownership, tracking and delegation
* Ensuring adequate customer service levels and operational stability of product components
Your skills:
* You either have successfully completed a degree in Information Technology/ -Engineering or an apprenticeship as an IT specialist
* In-depth IT service management expertise, supported by several years of professional and/ or project experience.
* You can prove know-how and hands-on experience with ITIL Framework/ principles
* Advanced communication-, organisational-, administrative- and coordination skills are essential
* Knowledge of working in data operations in general and especially with a data platform
* Experience with service, incident and problem management in a regulated environment is advantageous
* You can communicate excellently in English and German
