We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Field Sales to lead a team of Field Account Executives in Frankfurt. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth, helping restaurants streamline and scale their operations through a customer-focused sales approach. What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide hands-on coaching to your team, helping them deliver a customer-first experience while demonstrating the platform to prospective clients.
* Support your team in prospecting, walk-ins, and conducting live product demos to generate interest in the platform.
* Spend time in the field with your team, leading by example and driving outreach to potential customers.
* Use Salesforce to track your team's forecasting, conversion rates, and sales activity.
* Manage and exceed the new business targets for your team.
* Grow your team by expanding the customer base and hiring additional Field Account Executives as needed.
* Work closely with internal teams such as product, customer success, and implementation to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
What You'll Need:
* Proven experience in hiring, coaching, and leading a sales team.
* Experience in managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
* Strong experience with Salesforce for reporting, forecasting, and sales tracking.
* Experience in SaaS sales.
* A passion for being in the field, with outbound sales experience.
