You’ll work closely with sales, product and fieldmarketing teams. Your profile • You have 5+ years of experience inmarketing, with at least 2-3 years in a B2B SaaS company. • Youhave a proven impact in building demand and generating ahigh-quality sales pipeline through a variety of digital channels.• You are an expert in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and other paidmedia and know how to optimise campaigns across these channels. •You have a proven track record of managing a team of 5-10 people,nurturing talent, and building high-performing teams. • You’re astrong leader, capable of proactively managing both upwards anddownwards. • You have experience working cross-functionally withsales, product, and other stakeholders to align goals andinitiatives. • You possess strong analytical skills to track,measure, and optimize marketing performance. • You’re familiar withmarketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Qlik, orsimilar tools. • You have experience managing budgets andallocating resources effectively. • You have excellent verbal andwritten communication skills and the ability to craft compellingmessaging for diverse audiences. • You are fluent in English andGerman, both spoken and written. • You have a growth mindset and apassion for continuous learning and improvement. • You can thrivein a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. •Willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications: • You haveexperience in scaling marketing teams in a growth-stage SaaScompany. • You are familiar with global or multi-region marketingstrategies. • You have knowledge of emerging marketing technologiesand trends.
