Your Tasks:
* Providing 2nd level support and assisting users with technical problems and questions about the hardware and software used
* Analyzing reported problems and providing solutions via ticket support
* Provision and administration of physical and virtual client systems and applications in accordance with standardized processes
* Support with software installations, including customized systems and operating system support (Windows 10/11)
* M365 support and support for Citrix/ZENworks and Nutanix VDI systems
* User administration and authorization management, including end-user onboarding and instruction in the IT system landscape
* Administration and support of specialist applications
* Creation and maintenance of policy and procedure documentation and ensuring audit-relevant documentation
* Coordination and implementation of warranty repairs and replacement orders with suppliers
* Forwarding technical problems to 3rd level teams if required
Your Profile:
* Successfully completed training in the IT sector, e.g. as an IT specialist for system integration
* At least 2-3 years of professional experience in IT user support and knowledge of IT support
* Experience in using current tools and technologies for monitoring, reporting and troubleshooting
* Confident handling of M365, Windows 10/11 as well as Citrix/ZENworks and Nutanix VDI systems
* Fluent written and spoken German and English (at least C1)
* Conceptual and structured work as well as strong analytical thinking skills
* High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
* Ability to work in a team and a communicative personality
