Your Mission:
You will play a critical role in supporting our in-house IT Operations team and ensuring our operations run smoothly including:
* you and your colleagues are the point of contact for 1st and 2nd level support inquiries coming from all of eGroup
* you supervise and monitor our semi-automated On- & Offboarding of all users and manage the company-wide authorisation concept
* you manage all client devices (laptops, smart phones) with Microsoft Endpoint Managers
* you take care of administrating the office-IT including switches, printers, WiFi and conference systems at all european venues
* you monitor the stock and inventory as well as hardware orders
* you support the implementation of IT-projects
* you help us improve our support processes, train our employees and expand our Knowledge Base
Requirements
Your Profile:
We’re looking for someone who brings expertise, enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset:
* 3+ years of experience in IT-support and handling of (Azure) Active Directory as well as Windows, Linux and MacOS
* Good communication and interpersonal
* strong analytical skills as well as a well-structured approach regarding new topics
* Familiarity with ticketing systems and managing support tickets
* Fluency in English (C1 level or higher) is required; an additional language (such as german, french, spanish or italian) is a plus
* due to the administration of hardware the position requires on-site presence; our office is located in the city-center in Berlin-Schöneberg (U Kleistpark (U7), S Julius-Leber Brücke (S1) or by bus M48, M85 106, 187, 204)
* ability to travel to other locations in Germany or Europe from time to time (2-3 days)
