We are recruiting for the European HQ of our client, a major quartz device manufacturer with a global portfolio, for the position of Sachbearbeiter/in Vertriebsinnendienst / Inside Sales (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf, Germany, to join a multicultural and friendly team.

What you would do & responsibilities
* Entering customer orders
* Entering purchase orders
* Enter and check customer forecasts
* Monitor supply chain/material lead times
* Support internal accounts receivable process
* Communication with customers in English and German (by email and telephone)
* Play a central role in monitoring and managing supply chain issues with our Japan HQ and factories located in Asia
Qualification/Certification requirements
* Knowledge in the use of enterprise resource planning systems
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Previous training in wholesale / foreign trade
* Previous experience in material planning, exporting, sales support
* Experience with Automotive, telecoms & industrial customers and with distributor management
* Living within a commutable distance to our Duesseldorf office
* Positive, communicative and open personality
* Customer focused
* Fluent in German and English
