Job Description As Team Lead Onsite Marketing you act as an interface between Vendor Management, Marketing and Sales teams. In your role, you will take over three main areas of onsite marketing and thus cover major aspects of conversion rate optimization: Operational planning and steering of onsite measures with focus on new customer acquisition, migrating existing customers to LTV drivers (for example Own Brands or Loyalty Programs) & targeted campaign setup for Marketing departments Development of new advertising formats and marketing measures on our website and app Establishment of targeted onsite communication leveraging Audience Data Responsibilities Develop and execute an overall strategy for onsite marketing together with Marketing, Sales and the Product Organization. Support Marketing with advanced landing page concepts to for new customer acquisition and migrating existing customers to LTV drivers Ensure a consistent and highly personalized customer experience Responsible for the development and standardization of advertising opportunities in the shop for zooplus and partner campaigns, incl. corresponding maintenance in the campaign management tool Set-up holistic experience reporting with suitable key metrics, leveraging Audience Data Foster synergies between markets and channel by sharing valuable learnings and applying best practices Conception, execution and evaluation of AB testing and personalization campaigns, both onsite (web, magazine & app) together with responsible business stakeholders (e.g. markets) and functional stakeholders (e.g. POs, CRM, Analysts)
