Manager (f/m/d) Software Development Engineering

What you´ll be doing:
* Lead the development of clinical trial data collection applications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex, customized solutions for clients.
* Work with Product Development to shape the architectural direction of our products.
* Oversee operational readiness tasks, including pilot projects and internal validation.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain SOPs & SWIs.
* Drive improvements in project delivery metrics: productivity, cost, delivery, and quality.
* Communicate effectively across teams and departments, presenting technical decisions and driving consensus.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
* Influence the adoption of architecture, design, and technology standards.
* Lead the team through project challenges, ensuring timely resolution and oversight.
What we look for:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
* 7+ years of experience in software development, with a track record of managing teams.
* Experience in a regulated environment (ISO 9001, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
* Strong skills in prioritizing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of SQL, Object-Oriented Programming, and software development tools (e.g., Visual Studio, GitLab, JIRA).
* Familiarity with Agile SCRUM, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies.
* A passion for continuous process improvement.
