Logistics/EWM)
Responsibilities:
* GAP analysis, participate, coordinate and conduct requirements gathering sessions, document meeting minutes, findings, decisions, action items from requirements sessions.
* SAP Extended Warehouse Management Solutions; including Handling Units, batch determination, inventory management and Transportation; internal warehouse processes
* Integrate SAP transportation and logistics systems; Working knowledge about stock transport orders and related processes
* Role definition, design and assignment
* Work with other SAP functional modules like MM, SD, LE, QM and PP to integrate the solution
* Define Business Process and Workflow requirements
* Develop URS, FS and technical requirements
* Review requirements with users and stakeholders and obtain sign-offs.
* Work with ABAP/technical teams to design, develop and perform Unit tests.
* Complete ILOL Project documentation
* Aid integration tests, plan and track activities and deliverables assigned to the Team and the area (functional as well as training, testing, cut over)
* Actively drives resolution of stream-specific topics and manages integration
* Reviews all process changes and assesses impact on other processes
* Supports preparation for QGs together with Local Team Lead
* Ensure Data Quality and completeness
* Support development of To-Be processes based on user requirements within the stream
* Support creation test specification and preparation of test data (prepare testing environment)
* Support data migration and performs cut-over
* Provide country / site-specific system know how depending on project
Qualifications
* Must have experience in Pharmaceutical (validated) environment
* Perfect Understanding of V-Model
* Deep SAP skills including configuration and process knowledge of Team and linked processes
* Expertise in Project and People management, Communication & Change Management and Template Processes
* Deep WM and EWM functional and technical knowledge in pharmaceutical environment
* Experience in providing Global SAP Roll-out/Implementation Projects while working international project teams
* Deep understanding and implementation/customizing experiences, preferred with experience in production integration
* Knowledge in direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
* Able to act in testing, customer support and training
* Ability to drive meetings and onsite sessions, like trainings or testing with local resources
* Ability to construct documentation, in English, that needs to be formally published, like Desktop Procedures.
* strong English communication skills and service orientation
* Business knowledge, direct interaction with clients, hands on system configuration expertise
* Excellent User knowledge in Excel application
* Knowledge expert in guiding the customer in their transition to new SAP processes
* Experience in providing Key-User-Trainings
* Experience in validated documentation using ITEMS and Solution Manager
* Experience in Test Documentation Systems like ALM
