2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites
Position:
* Preparation of the project plan, definition of milestones and responsibilities
* Delegation of work packages and monitoring of work results
* Control of the timely, quality and cost-effective realization of the project goals
* Continuous monitoring of project progress, if necessary derivation and initiation of solution measures
* Ensuring economic success and customer satisfaction - Professional management of the employees involved in the project
* They promote team spirit, control effective project coordination and optimize the flow of information within the project team
Your profile:
* Completed regular education at a university (eg Master, Masters degree, university diploma) or a 3-year subject-related vocational training, additional professional training (eg state-certified technician and many years of professional experience
* Experience in project management and planning
* Excellent technical understanding, good knowledge in contract management
* Experience in the management of cross-functional teams and a good orientation ability in foreign cultures
* Decision-making, strategic thinking and commitment
* Result and customer-oriented working method
* Fluent English skills
* perfect German Language skills
