Where is the Position? The position is located in Marktheidebfeld in Germany in Central Europe in a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment. Which missions will you lead? As a Global OEM Programs specialist, you will be in charge of Management and support of 2 global customer loyalty programs for partners working with Machine Builders: support on deploying the program for Control Panel Builders partnership and recognition and manage Machine Integrators certifications and partnership relationship inside Industrial Automation Alliance program of Schneider Electric. The main missions will be : Support to implement the partnership program for Control (OEM) Panel Builders in the defined program frame: helps maintaining and managing customer access to the certification path and competency recognition, tracks the duties & rights for the new partners, incl. contracts, support on implementing dedicated commercial policy, managing marketing and communication materials, pre-select assets for dedicated partner portal for Control Panel Builder partenrs and others. Support on deployment certification curriculums and competence development of Schneider Electric Alliance Machine Integrators, and will manage master lists of current partners. Support OEM (Machine Builder) global team to deploy growth actions plan related to the above mentioned programs and will be involved in regular review with countries to monitor the progress with the programs deployment and growth with those partners. What are the qualifications we are looking for? Education: Master Business degree or Engineer/Business degree with Business specialization. Work experience: 1 years of experience in sales, business development or customer relationship (apprendiceship/internship included) Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (namely Excel, Powerpoint) and Sales force tool, Social medias Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
