About the Job:
The Systems Development team currently consists of five members, each bringing expertise in regulatory requirements, product documentation, and project management. Together, we are developing tomorrow’s test solutions.
What you will be doing:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) for Test Systems in the field of Electrified Powertrain, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating development projects focused on designing innovative test systems and solutions for electromobility. You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary and international teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Your key tasks include planning, monitoring, and controlling all project activities from the concept phase to series production. You will also identify and manage project risks while proactively developing solutions to mitigate them. Additionally, you will be responsible for regularly reporting project progress and outcomes to management and other stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining technical specifications and making decisions to ensure the performance and reliability of our test systems. Your ability to understand technical details, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively while motivating teams will be essential to the success of these projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate technical development projects in Power Component & System Technology, from planning to project completion
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Ensure compliance with quality standards and project objectives
* Collaborate with cross-functional, interdisciplinary, and international teams, including software and hardware development, quality assurance, and the regulatory department
* Identify and manage project risks and issues
* Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management
* Contribute to the continuous development of project management processes and methods
* Organize and conduct project meetings and workshops
Required Qualifications:
* Degree in Electrical Engineering (Please note, for this position, we are specifically seeking candidates with a background in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics. Software engineering profiles will not be considered).
* Several years of proven hands-on experience in project management, preferably in system or power electronics development
* In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Waterfall model, Agile, Scrum, MS Project)
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
* Professional Level of German and English language skills (written and spoken)

* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Advanced degree in a related field or additional industry experience
* Experience in electromobility or related fields
* Team-oriented mindset and high self-motivation
