Your mission
* Recruitment & On-/Offboarding: Manage job postings across Europe and Africa, schedule interviews, and oversee the recruitment process. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires and a seamless offboarding process for departing employees.
* Employment Contracts & Legal Compliance: Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts for new and existing employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and proper legal documentation and filing for all HR-related paperwork.
* Payroll & Benefits Management: Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing, address employee payroll inquiries, and oversee employee benefits programs. Ensure clear communication with employees regarding their benefits and entitlements.
* Time Off, Absences & Travel: Monitor employee time-off, maintain records, and support employees with legal travel requirements for business trips.
* Visa Support: Assist employees with employment visa applications and provide necessary documentation.
* HR Tools & Systems Management: Oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR tools, ensuring their effective use and maintenance.
* Employee Support & Company Culture: Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, conflict resolution, and performance management. Foster a positive company culture aligned with organisational values.
* Process Improvement & Employee Development: Collaborate to enhance internal processes for greater efficiency and satisfaction, while supporting managers with employee performance and development initiatives.
* Insurances: Manage employee and company insurance programs.
* Employee Handbook: Maintain and update the employee handbook, ensuring policies are current and clear.
Your profile
* At least 3 years proven experience in HR or people management, preferably within a fast-paced, dynamic industry
* Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and HR technology
* Excellent prioritisation, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail
* An open-minded perspective and sense of cultural awareness
* Previous experience with Personio is a plus
* Very good knowledge of English and German
* French knowledge is a plus
