WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. Technical management of the team, further training of team members, capacity planning
2. Management of the development of printed circuit boards for electronic assemblies in the vehicle sector with deadline and budget control at team level
3. Management of subcontractors in the awarding of development activities
4. Designing and evaluating the development of printed circuit boards in the bidding phase
5. Selection and application of tools within the scope of development projects
6. Continuous optimization of the development process based on current standards, such as V-model XT, IEC61508, ISO26262
7. Tracking new technology and development trends
8. Planning and monitoring internal development activities
9. Reviewing and approving specifications, hardware circuit designs and drawing set documents for series production
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
10. Successfully completed studies in the field of communications engineering or comparable
11. Several years of professional experience in electronics development
12. Detailed knowledge in the field of analog and digital circuit development
13. Experience in the field of hardware-related software development
14. Experience in the use of commercially available development tools for circuit design
15. Good understanding of manufacturing processes in electronics production
16. Communication skills
17. Extensive experience in the area of requirements management
18. Willingness to travel
19. Good command of written and spoken English
