Howyou will create an impact:
* You are the first point of contact for IT issues, handling the intake, analysis, and resolution of incidents via our global IT helpdesk.
* With your commitment, you actively contribute to optimizing and improving our support processes.
* You support the administration and management of our central Mobile Device Management system.
* Regardless of the users' location, you analyzeand resolve technical issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Aboutyou:
* A completed apprenticeship or university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field forms the foundation of your expertise.
* With at least three years of experience in an IT support role, you bring valuable hands-on knowledge.
* You have a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products.
* Proficiency in Windows 10, Office 365, and mobile clients (iOS) allows you to support users seamlessly.
* You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English – German language skills are a plus.
* Flexibility, teamwork, and a structured way ofworking make you a valued team member.
