As part of the Corporate Development division, the Digital Projects team combines central topics such as Corporate Strategy, Investment Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Performance Management and Technology & Innovation. The team works on exciting and forward-looking projects: They develop digital solutions and innovations that improve the efficiency, quality, and accessibility of healthcare - and see them through to implementation.

What You Will Be Doing
* You will be working closely with the upper management for the division Digital Projects at Fresenius
* Your tasks will include sorting and processing incoming mail as well as correspondence (based on a template or independently)
* Coordinating and monitoring appointments and ensuring that everything runs smoothly - whether it's reception, entertaining guests or maintaining files and deadlines
* You will professionally create and prepare presentations, board documents and documents for the supervisory board or audit committees
* Budget control? Checking invoices? Create purchase orders? No problem - you will do this independently and conscientiously
* Organizing and coordinating travel, events, and meetings is also part of your job - from planning to travel expense accounting
* You proactively support the team - either administratively or, depending on your qualifications, in (sub-)projects
* You bring order to cross-departmental knowledge management and help new colleagues with onboarding
What You Bring To The Job
* Successfully completed commercial or (foreign language) secretarial training
* Some years of experience in managing a secretariat at management level - ideally in an international environment
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Organizational talent, service orientation and a flexible, reliable working style characterize you and confidentiality and discretion are a matter of course for you
* Convincing social skills and communication skills - both in dealing with internal stakeholders (such as the Board of Directors, managers, or employees) and with external partners
* You are prepared to be on site in Bad Homburg three days a week
* English: C1 – Advanced
* German: C1 – Advanced
Nice-to-Haves
* Strong knowledge of SAP ordering and billing processes as well as Workday experience
