Overall Job Description
At allO, the sales team is the engine that drives the expansion reach of restaurant software platform solutions. We’re seeking a qualified Germany Region Sales Manager who can help keep this engine running with their own sales skills and the leadership of a team of driven sales talents. The ideal sales manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at SaaS software solutions, relationship building, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record who can inspire the same performance in others. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and the ability to coach, advise, motivate, or replace sales representatives while building and maintaining a high-performance team.
Your Responsibilities
* Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals KPIs, monitoring individual and team performance, revenue data analysis, and making forecasts.
* Represent allO effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
* Research restaurant client needs and identify how our solutions address them.
* Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our restaurant client base and can continue to expand across Germany’s different regions.
* In alignment with sales plan, create a Sales Training book for onboarding all team members.
* Assist Sales Executives with difficult potential clients and coach and mentor them on closings.
* Recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
* Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
* Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
* Manage the month-end, quarterly-end, and year-end close processes.
Your Profile
* Eight or more years of experience in managing software solution sales in a high-growth setting.
* Proven record of success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
* Experience in setting needed KPIs throughout the year for the company to meet and exceed sales goals.
* Worked together with C-suite executives on needed initiatives.
* Hired, built, retained, and promoted within your sales team.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Superb leadership ability.
* Native or very good German and English language skills.
* Ability and willingness to travel.
