Become part of our team As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring outstanding customer service, optimizing revenue generation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and food safety. You will have experience in the restaurant industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience. Duties: Oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including management of staff, inventory control, and financial performance. Train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff to ensure adequate coverage and compliance with company policies. Promote a positive and cooperative work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among employees. Implement and enforce operational standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in service delivery. Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, and expenses, taking proactive measures to optimize profitability and reduce costs. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations through regular inspections and prompt rectification of defects. Interacting with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner. Requirements: Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and kitchen management. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a memorable dining experience. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
