THESE EXCITING TASKS AWAIT YOU IN DETAIL:
* Support: You will provide (remote) support for our customers' SAP systems and be the first point of contact in the event of faults and errors - especially in ERP and S/4HANA systems.
* Consulting & Optimization: As a technical expert in one of the areas of logistics or supply chain (e.g. SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM), you analyze and optimize existing processes, develop solutions and drive the further development of the systems.
* Interdisciplinary collaboration: you work closely with colleagues from Sales, Procurement and other departments on cross-module projects and services to achieve holistic results.
* Diverse industries: Your assignments will take you to exciting industries such as Automotive, Food & Beverage, Transport & Logistics, Lifescience, Sports, Utilities and more - so you can deepen your specialist knowledge and gain a wide range of experience.
* Proactivity: optimization, further development and the planning of future system adaptations are just as much a part of your range of tasks as advising customers on new technological challenges.
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
* Sound know-how: A degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification. You have solid knowledge of at least one of the SAP modules MM, SD, PP, QM, WM/EWM and ideally experience with S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud).
* Technical expertise: You are fit in ABAP, debugging as well as tasks such as customizing and transport management. Knowledge of Fiori applications and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
* Service orientation: A high customer and service orientation paired with strong communication skills and initiative characterize you.
* Flexibility & willingness to travel: Occasional customer visits are no problem for you.
* Languages: Very good German and English skills round off your profile.
