About this role: We are looking for a talented Product Designer UX/UI (f/m/x) in Berlin (Hybrid) to help our Product Team to work across cross-functional teams, enhance our community experience through our loyalty, creator, and referral programs. In this position, you will play a crucial role and have substantial impact on our Pepper platforms (e.g., mydealz, Dealabs, and hotukdeals ). You will iterate on existing features, develop new ones, and provide fresh, validated insights to enhance user experience, bringing your ideas and vision to life. With your seniority, you will leverage qualitative and quantitative research insights to support decisions and discover opportunities to improve our product. You will tackle diverse design challenges, both large and small, guiding the team with confidence and becoming a trusted partner to your product manager, engineers, and all relevant stakeholders.
