The Opportunity This position works out of our location in Wiesbaden (Abbott GmbH) in the Abbott Diabetes Care division that is focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. What You'll Do - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for eCommerce projects. - Analyzing existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and integration with eCommerce solutions. - Leading and managing eCommerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - Collaborating closely with UX/UI designers to enhance the customer journey and improve the overall user experience on the eCommerce platform. - Utilizing data analytics to monitor eCommerce performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. - Coordinating with external vendors and partners to implement and maintain eCommerce solutions. - Ensuring all eCommerce activities comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy, Cybersecurity standards. - Providing training and support to internal teams on eCommerce tools and best practices. - Reviewing business processes from end-to-end, identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks while also identifying opportunities to optimize and improve efficiency. - Collaborating with shared services in exploring options that enhance current applications. Foster productive interactions across teams within the organization, promoting the eCommerce strategy and roadmap. Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor in IT or related discipline - Minimum of 4 - 7 years of experience in business architecture, process improvement, or a related field. - Proficiency in English for effective global communication within Abbott's IT delivery framework. - Proven expertise in requirement gathering and documentation techniques including user stories and process flows. - Hands-on experience with at least two of these areas: Commerce Tools, Magento, Digital Marketing (AEM, Web Analytics), Sales/Service Cloud (salesforce.com) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - End to End understanding of eCommerce operations processes and systems. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Executive Leadership presentation skills - Internal-customer engagement skills for requirement gathering and expectation management are essential. - Prior exposure to Life Sciences or Medical Technology sectors are advantageous. - MBA degree is desirable.
