Responsibilities:
* Lead the procurement operations team, P2P projects and catalogue management and support countries with the implementation of the global procurement policy
* Lead process optimization efforts to enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
* Develop, implement and define purchasing processes in close collaboration with Purchasing and other functions
* Define detailed functional requirements for the projects and develop implementation plans in close cooperation with stakeholders
* Enhance the roadmap for digital transformation to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the organization's overarching goals and objectives
* Maintain and further develop KPIs and metrics to monitor S2P process performance and drive continuous improvement through analysis.
* Act as the lead for functional and cross-functional internal audits in procurement, including managing resolution of assigned corrective actions.
* Works closely with the business leaders to position the business for future growth and product portfolio expansion
Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
* Min. 5-8 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management with a focus on process design, optimization and improvement.
* Leadership experience with a track record of progression
* Strong facilitation, influential, and people skills: ability to solve issues by coordinating across cross-functional areas and taking others with you to deliver the business needs
* Analytical and result oriented
* Fluent in English, knowledge of German is an asset
