As a Working Student in Talent Acquisition, you will be part of our consulting team, supporting them in finding exceptional talent and crafting strategic approaches to engage with potential candidates.
This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in consulting, with a focus on recruitment and employer branding, all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This part-time position allows you to balance your studies while building practical skills in talent acquisition, marketing, and recruitment strategy, as well as core consulting skills.
Assist the consulting team in developing data-based and tailored recruiting strategies to attract potential candidates, such as identifying suitable digital channels
Build and update databases to support the execution of recruiting strategies
Support the collection and analysis of relevant statistics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
Support with content creation, such as LinkedIn postings
Utilize various platforms to identify top talent, including LinkedIn, job boards, and sector-specific platforms
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather key information for recruitment activities and drive data analytics for recruiting strategies
Support with administrative tasks related to talent acquisition processes
You typically (but not necessarily) are a 3rd year Bachelor student or have just started your Master's degree. You have strong academic records and have already gained significant practical experience, ideally in human resources, marketing, or related areas, through an internship or working student job, and/or can demonstrate your interest in talent acquisition in your studies.
Strong data analytics, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Flexibility with your working hours, especially during peak periods - we offer flexibility during exam times
Excellent English skills, with proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
