Our client, a Global Bank, is currently recruiting a VP for their Corporate Banking team in Frankfurt.
In this role, you will be responsible for co-managing a portfolio of TMT customers.
Responsibilities:
* Participation in the support of large companies across the TMT sector.
* Support in the analysis of customer needs, as well as active support and further development of existing and new customer relationships.
* Coordination and agreement with product units and specialist departments within the Bank for the conception/development of transactions (e.g. acquisition financing, capital markets transactions, investment banking, transaction banking and structured financing).
* Global coordination of the various product units and specialist departments.
* Analysis and evaluation of companies, including creation of financial models (modelling).
* Preparation of presentations and documents for internal and external decision-makers and committees.
* Analysis of customer, sector and market information to develop potential business approaches.
* Support in the training of analysts and associates.
Key Skills Required:
* Experience in a Corporate Banking coverage role, ideally with some knowledge of the TMT sector.
* Strong relationship building and management skills with proven ability at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the Bank.
* Strong communication skills and proven track record in the development of written material in the form of reports.
* Strong analytical skills and experience to ensure well-managed growth is achieved while maintaining robust credit culture/standards.
