Role Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for overseeing the company’s global operations, delivery excellence, and business scalability. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused leader with deep experience in professional services or consulting, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
The COO will be instrumental in aligning day-to-day operations with long-term strategic goals, optimizing the global delivery model, and fostering a high-performance, client-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the company's day-to-day global operations, including consulting delivery, project execution, client satisfaction, resource planning, and operational efficiency.
* Translate strategic vision into actionable operational plans that drive revenue, profitability, and delivery excellence.
* Lead and mentor regional delivery leads, project managers, and sales teams across North America, Europe and APAC (virtually and in-person).
* Partner closely with Product and Sales teams to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and satisfaction of enterprise clients.
* Evaluate, implement, and enhance cross-selling and processes to support operational scale and efficiency.

Qualifications
* 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in consulting, digital services, or a technology-driven professional services environment.
* Proven track record of scaling operations in an international company.
* Strong background in delivery leadership, client services, or program execution within a complex, matrixed organization.
* Deep understanding of digital technologies, software delivery lifecycle, and agile operating models.
* Exceptional strategic thinking and operational execution skills.
* Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
* Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and performance improvement across business units
