Sales Representative Hamburg
We are looking for committed and flexible employees (m/f/d) for the support of our customers in the region of Hamburg as soon as possible. Your role and responsibilities/ :
1. Informing and advising physicians and pharmacies in the distribution area on medicinal cannabis with the aim of improving understanding, safe handling and adequate prescribing to increase sales of the products in pharmacies;
2. Indication/target group: primarily general practitioners, neurologists, pain therapists and pharmacies;
3. Independent touring of the assigned regional area;
4. Planning, coordinating and implementing measures to achieve the agreed sales target in own sales territory
5. Establishing long-term, trusting relationships with physicians and pharmacists;
6. Independently carrying out further and advanced training in doctors' practices and pharmacies;
7. Regular analysis of sales and turnover development in the sales territory;
8. Identification of sales potentials;
9. Documentation of visits in the CRM system;
10. Regular participation in national trade fairs and conferences;
11. Independent preparation of tour planning;
12. Reporting of developments in the market and activities of the competition;
Your qualification, education and experience:
13. Pharmaceutical consultant according to § 75 AMG or a comparable qualification that entitles you to practice the profession of a pharmaceutical consultant;
14. Sales experience with pharmaceutical/medical products, at least 3 years and if possible in the field of pain and/or neurology;
15. Highly results and goal oriented approach to work;
16. Strong prospecting and closing skills;
17. High level of reliability and self-motivation;
18. Willingness to travel;
