What we achieve together
* In your role as Customer Journey Manager (m/f/d), you will identify relevant touchpoints along the customer journey for the successful marketing of digital and non-digital service products
* Together with your international colleagues, you will drive the continuous improvement of service processes with a focus on customer experience with direct reference to our customers and develop corresponding improvement measures
* Your tasks include the conception and roll-out of dashboards/data analyses to improve the customer journey
* In collaboration with the product managers of our digital and non-digital service products, you will develop communication concepts that can be easily adapted and successfully rolled out in our local service companies
* In addition, you will support the development and moderation of workshops with the relevant product managers and stakeholders as well as the active exchange with our service community

* Successfully completed university studies (Master's degree), e.g. in computer science, economics or engineering or business sciences
* You can draw on initial experience in a comparable environment and have knowledge of process analysis
* Your strategic expertise and outside-the-box thinking will help you to successfully implement projects
* You speak German and English fluently in day-to-day business
* Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate confidently and your ability to work in a team and intercultural competence round off your profile
