The Opportunity Spiideo is looking to expand the European Sales team with the addition of a Senior Sales Manager with proven track record targeting the DACH Market with focus on elite sports clubs, leagues & federations. As a Senior Sales Manager at Spiideo, you will: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. This includes prospecting and lead qualification, lead product demonstrations and presentations, negotiating terms and pricing, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Sell to elite clubs, leagues and federations throughout the elite sports pyramid. Meet and exceed quota targets set for establishing sales of products and services. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and collateral materials to support lead generation and conversion. Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports, utilising CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities. At Spiideo we are using Salesforce and HubSpot. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study. Attend industry events, including traveling/ presenting when necessary. Travel to Europe/Sweden for annual company offsite What we are looking for: German on native or professional working proficiency. Corporate language is English. Passion and knowledge about the German sports market so you effectively can relate to, and communicate with, our potential customers. Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record of success from B2B sales in the Sports Tech Industry. Strong experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the entire sales cycle. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences. Ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position Spiideo's offerings as a valuable solution. Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals in a high-activity space. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
