We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead our team in Berlin, Germany. This full-time position is based in Berlin, reporting to the General Manager, and entails managing the Berlin and Hamburg sites. The role involves managing the local team, sales, customer service, and operations, while serving as a facilitator for interactions with company HQ in Israel.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead, grow, and develop a team of sales, community, and operations managers.
2. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to manage sales efforts and implement solutions to improve business performance in the city.
3. Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations across Berlin branches.
4. Coordinate with local community managers and associates to ensure high customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
5. Serve as the point of contact for all corporate matters between the German market and company HQ.
6. Monitor budgets, collections, KPIs, and market performance.
7. Coordinate with various HQ departments such as HR, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure goals are met.
8. Enhance the company's brand through PR efforts, events, and collaboration with the Marketing department.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience managing a team and leading a business unit.
* 5+ years of sales experience; customer service experience is a plus.
* Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
* College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting, or similar field.
* MBA is an advantage.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
* Proven ability to drive revenue and build successful teams.
