* Develop and implement new HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
* Define, model, and sustainably document standardized HR processes
* Ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines
* Collaborate with various departments to optimize HR processes
* Train and support the HR team in implementing new processes
* Continuously improve HR processes through regular review and adjustment
Ihre Qualifikationen:
* Completed studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
* Experience in the HR field, ideally with a focus on process management
* In-depth knowledge in the analysis and optimization of HR processes
* Experience in the area of Compensation and Benefits is an advantage
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Independent and structured working style
* Very good English skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are not mandatory
