Enhance customer service skills: Support inquiry and complaint resolution while learning to address customer needs professionally. Manage customer master data: Ensure seamless automated processes by maintaining key data like outputs, CMIR, and contacts. Oversee customer communications: Monitor inboxes and calls to respond to inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Work collaboratively within a team: Partner with internal teams and customers to ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
