Electrical Supervisor, Frankfurt

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Supervisor to join a Data Centre project based in Frankfurt, Germany. The Electrical Supervisor oversees the daily operations of electrical installations, ensuring that electrical work is performed according to design specifications, safety standards, and within the established timelines. Working for a key client, this is a key role with a strong and experienced team underneath.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and drive the overall site team to meet with all project scope requirements and targets.
* Coordinating and Planning of resources inclusive of labour, materials and sub-contractors when engaged and required.
* Ensure the adherence to both legislative and company safety and quality standards.
* Prepare relevant reports in line with company policies and practises.
* Ensure the adherence of quality standards on a continuous basis.
* Reporting on progress, throughout the project ti meline.
* Ensure that line managers have strong adherence to all EHS policies inclusive of PPE requirements at all times.
* Plan and execute works in the most productive manner.
* Comply with site instructions regarding the formulation and implementation of RAMS - SPA's etc.
* Reporting directly to the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
Key Requirements
* Strong Electrical Experience working with an Electrical contractor in Ireland/UK/Europe
* 3 years'+ experience in a Supervisory role on large projects is a must.
* Experience working on a Data Centre project would be beneficial.
* Experience working in Ireland/UK and be eligible to work in the EU.
* Must be proficient in MS Office.
* VCA Cert is an advantage, but not essential
