Your responsibilities are developing and improving existing processes in regulated environments as well as simplifying validation processes by leveraging AI technologies. Job Qualifications YOUR PROFILE - You are a bachelor or master student of pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline. A background in pharmaceutical sciences or regulatory affairs could also be beneficial. - You have a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results. - You are available for a duration of 3-6 months. - You demonstrate a good understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment design, and quality systems within a regulated pharma environment. They should be familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. - You show good communication and collaboration skills. - You work effectively with diverse groups of people by embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative. - You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct. - You can speak and write proficiently in English and German (B2). - Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
