As a student assistant (Werkstudent) you will be part of our GSS organization in our HR Payroll team. Our team is responsible for the correct payment of around 1300 salaries in Germany as well as for handling internal and external audits and a variety of diverse projects. You will be involved in the day-to-day business and current HR projects as well as using your solution-oriented eye for detail to maintain correct data processing within the team. You will also have the chance to handle a variety of administrative activities, such as the recording of data in SAP-HR or the handling of student timesheets. Bringing an open mindset and willingness to learn and take on additional tasks is always welcomed and appreciated. While you will be communicating in German language with your direct colleague in the team, you will also have the occasion to use our software tools in English language and will be able to interact with colleagues from abroad, e.g. in Poland. This position will enable you to grow and get experience in a professional HR organization. Your place of work will be in the HafenCity of Hamburg with a water view.
