1. You'll serve as LeanIX's acknowledged lead expert in product-related data analytics, setting the research agenda and carrying out user behavior analysis
2. You will be responsible for the “product analytics” strategy, define the product analytics backlog and roadmap, and engage in the regular prioritization discussion to get things implemented
3. You'll liaison with various internal stakeholders (Product, Customer Success, Management), understanding and communicating their needs for product-related metrics and KPI reporting.
4. Your role involves closely working with multiple teams, understanding their needs and crafting bespoke solutions on tooling and process levels. This includes fostering the link between our Product teams and the Product Analytics domain.
5. Your work closely together with our BI/Data team to help building appropriate solutions and processes supporting our product analytics strategy.
What are we looking for?
6. Product Management experience, ideally as well as in a comparable role or as Product Owner of at least 2 years, preferably in a multi-team setup
7. Experience in defining and developing dashboards for various levels of an organization (from KPI-style reports to more interactive “self-serviced” solutions)
8. Knowledge on how to build and maintain a “self-service” oriented product analytics function, enabling product teams to become more data-driven in their decisions
9. A background in product and/or data analytics with knowledge on testing methodologies
10. Experience with using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar reporting tools; knowledge of common query languages such as SQL, KQL or similar is a plus
11. Experience in working with the different functions of a modern SaaS company, e.g., management, Product Leadership, UX design, Customer Success
12. Hands-on approach, enjoying an agile environment and software development process
13. Self-motivated and capable of delivering high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
14. Fluent English is mandatory
