Your objective is to optimally promote the service products to internal and external customers across business units of HRT, ensuring efficient sales processes, preferably via the GEA BluShop for GEA customers and contractors. Thus, enabling customers to find and create quotations & orders for the service products, including the necessary spare parts and other consumables for GEA products. The objective is to generate additional revenue from orders for service products, spare parts, service kits, overhaul of the compressors, and various retrofit solutions. It is necessary that he/she develops good contacts with the global service sales network and also supports them to proactively approach new potential customers to sell service products. Additional tasks: Accountability for business development and country sales plans for service products across Business Units of HRT globally Coordinating and steering service product initiatives Has Digital Mindset and can drive opportunities in Regions for Digital Portfolio of HRT Provides market feedback to the service product management team Driving best practice and implementing state-of-the-art service products, KPI reporting Ensuring that Regions & Countries service organizations receive the necessary support from HRT Division, factories, business units around service products University degree in engineering, MBA is an advantage.
