We are looking for a Manager of HR Business Partnering (x|f|m) for the Product Management & Product Developement department in Goettingen (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Goettingen, with the opportunity to work some days remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team of HR Business Partner and act as the first point of contact for managers. The goal is to actively contribute to the implementation of the HR strategy. Grow with us – Your Responsibilities Lead and develop your team in line with the HR strategy Support managers in proactive Talent Management, Performance Management and in strategic and organizational development to create a common understanding of leadership Collaborate with HR Service, Center of Expertise and local HR Teams to ensure alignment between the global and local business /HR strategy Support managers in strategic, cultural and organizational change processes Trustful cooperation with our employee representatives and other stakeholders and promotion of a constructive dialog and a positive working relationship Monitor and analyze critical HR metrics and develop a deep understanding of our business units to derive strategically important HR activities and solution concepts by using global guidelines.
