Beckett Collectibles is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team at our Lage, Germany office. Responsibilities: Interact with customers on behalf of the company to craft memorable experiences that enhance customer retention via phone, email and online services. Providing accurate, efficient, and courteous customer service; processing incoming correspondence from requesters of information; communicating with customers and internal stakeholders regarding turnaround times. Educate customers about the submission process. Work with customers to answer inquiries and resolve complaints. Responsible for elevated issue resolution, coordination, and oversight. Responsible for managing and maintaining customer notes and communications within Beckett’s customer relationship management (CRM) system. Performs other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or 2 years of experience preferred. Prior sales or customer service experience. Strong computer skills with accurate data entry. Familiarity with CRM systems. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, organized, and team oriented. Bonus Qualification(s): Proficiency in a language other than English (Preferred: Spanish, Italian, and/or French).
