Job Description
Publicis is looking for a dynamic creative director with AI experience to join our team, supporting a key global client across their food and nutrition brands.
Inspired by what is possible today in the use of Gen AI technology, this role will lead a Gen AI Content Squad that will explore how it can be used to create mouthwatering food content. Working through a backlog of use cases from around the world, and with a licence to explore the potential of different tools, this team will take a test and learn approach.
You will be involved across multiple brands and regions, in all stages of creation from the brief to the realization of the project, including creative thinking, focusing on exploring how creative output might be improved using technology.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in creating delicious food content across digital channels, high creative standards, a good knowledge of the emerging capabilities of GenAI, and the constant curiosity to lead the team on a journey of discovery. The task is to test and refine new ways of producing a wide range of content, that is measurably better performing and cheaper to produce than conventional methods. Experience of food categories is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Delivery of a stream of content, working from a prioritised backlog and with a near-shore production team in Poland. This will cover to a wide range of brand identities – both global (Hellmann’s, Knorr) and local.
2. Leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence to seamlessly integrate Ai-based solutions with creativity, developing delicious and engaging content.
3. Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies, exploring novel ways to incorporate them into creative strategies
4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and target audience, translating insights into compelling and effective creative solutions.
5. Guarantee the quality and deadlines of the work carried out within a sprint model by the team in Poland. Coordinate the implementation of deliverables and in particular control the quality of their execution.
6. Ensure that the program delivers superior ROI, through improved performance and cheaper production costs, than conventional approaches.
7. Capture learnings from each project, to create a path to scale in the future.
Qualifications
8. Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, ideally in an agency
9. Strong graphic culture – you have a real interest in the world of nutrition, taste appeal and beautiful ingredients
10. Excellent command of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite), and more particularly in the creation of visuals and animations using AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Bria. Creative versioning and automation tools like Storyteq, and integrated content generation suites like Pencil Pro are likely to be required too.
11. A proven track record of applying AI to previous creative projects. Deep understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications in advertising and marketing.
12. An ability to collaborate and exchange within a multidisciplinary team, across different locations.
