About this position
As weembark on the next phase of our transformation and improve our global HCMsystem, we are seeking an experienced HCM Authorization Lead. In this role, youwill be responsible for designing and managing secure, compliant accesscontrols within the HCM system. You will ensure that sensitive data isprotected while enabling efficient, role-based access for users.
What you'll do
* Define and implement access control policies and procedures
* Create and implement security processes and procedures
* Defining and assigning user roles and permissions within cloud environment
* Generating compliance reports
* Monitor and audit system access activities
* Respond to security incidents and breaches
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in security and access management, preferably within HR or IT systems
* Strong knowledge of security best practices, access control models and compliance standards
* Deep understanding of security concepts and principles
* Proven ability to analyze, assess and mitigate security risks
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with fluent English skills
