Cheers to dreaming big The role: Work closely with the National Field Manager and their team of team leads to grow our business via our large team of sales representatives. Lead the Sales Intelligence strategy for the Off Trade channel, based on data and insights, while collaborating closely with other relevant functional teams such as Category Management, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Translate our strategy into tangible objectives, targets and KPIs that the sales teams can deliver in the most efficient way. Develop and implement analytical tools to monitor sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of commercial strategies. Oversee the tracking and analysis of sell-in, sell-out, and Point of Connection (POC) data, ensuring data consistency and reliability. Define and optimize internal reporting structures with the support of our Global Capability Center, taking ownership of the right resource allocation to achieve your priorities Continue to support our digital transformation in the company, and within the Sales Intelligence function to drive efficiencies and identifies opportunities. Who we’re looking for: Ideally a degree with focus on economics, Statistics, or a related field. 3 years experience in sales, sales strategy, sales intelligence, or in a closely related role Experience working with data sets, Microsoft products (especially PPT, Excel and PBI) Strong expertise in sales data analysis and developing strategies based on market insights. Strong analytical skills, and structured way of working, with a focus on impact driven problem solving Proven track record in stakeholder management, project management and story telling Experience in the development and implementation of tools (e.g. PBI Dashboards) is beneficial Fluency in German and English Ownership, resilience and solid social skills round out your profile.
